STOCKTON, Calif. – The Pacific baseball program will have a new look for the 2025 season as first-year head coach Reed Peters announced the addition of 21 newcomers.

The newcomers consist of two graduate students, five seniors, three juniors, four sophomores and seven freshmen, including four players that played for Peters at San Joaquin Delta College last year.Â
"I like the mix of youth and experience that we brought in," Peters said. "The veterans should provide an immediate impact to the lineup and the rookies will pave the way for a new era of Tigers Baseball."

A Vacaville, California native, Brian McClellin is a graduate student from Liberty where he played primarily in the infield.

Starting in 25 games in 2023 at Cal Poly, Kordell Brown will play at Pacific as a graduate student hailing from Elk Grove, California.

Adan Perez made nine appearances out of the bullpen in 2024 for CSU Northridge. He enters his senior season as a Tiger.
A native of Torrance, California, Brett Mallett returns to the Golden State after a season at Jacksonville State as a right-handed pitcher.

JT Waldon plays both first base and outfield. The native of Sacramento, California is a left-handed batter who comes from previous stops at USC, Gonzaga and Folsom Lake College.

Alec Gomez is a senior infielder from University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He appeared in 45 games in 2024, starting all but one in his junior season with the Mountain Lions.

DJ Scott makes the move from Menlo College to Pacific as a senior outfielder. In 2024, the native of Fairfield, California made an appearance in 26 games, completing 90 at-bats, totaling 40 hits, including 8 doubles, 4 triples, and 11 home runs.

Logan Drummond is the first of four players from San Joaquin Delta College from a season ago. The junior pitcher from Lodi, California earned a 6-2 record with 65 strikeouts in 69.2 innings.

Nathen Nino is a junior pitcher from Fresno City College. For the Rams, he collected 22 strikeouts in 13.1 innings during the 2024 season.

Cade Sonoqui joins the Tigers following two years at Cerritos College. The Long Beach, California native appeared in 14 games with two saves last year.

Robert Orr is a familiar face to Klein Family Field, coming to Pacific after a year at San Joaquin Delta College. Orr made 23 appearances last season, owning a 5-3 record with four saves.

Like Orr, Braeden Schnabel also transforms into a Tiger from San Joaquin Delta College where he hit .318 in 47 games last season.

Park Romney is a sophomore from San Joaquin Delta College. The native of Farmington, Utah plays outfield primarily.

Carson Revay is a redshirt sophomore pitcher with a previous stop in Fresno State. The Stockton, California native made four appearances last season with the Bulldogs.

Introducing the first freshman of the newcomer list, Riley Winchell is a catcher and first baseman from Granada High School.

Liam Smith represents the first of four freshman pitchers on the 2025 squad. The native of San Rafael, California makes his way to Pacific from Marin Catholic High School.

A native of Castro Valley, California, Justin Iglesias is a freshman pitcher who graduated from Bishop O'Dowd High School in 2024.

Diego Davis is a freshman catcher from Lincoln High School and hails from Stockton, California.Â

From the same high school as Davis, Aden Bowman joins Pacific as a freshman pitcher who is also from Stockton, California.

Daniel Beadles rounds out the freshman pitching class from Berkeley High School.

Completing the list of Pacific newcomers, Grant Munoz is a freshman outfielder from Rocklin High School.
