STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific cross country team and head coach
Josh Jones unveiled their upcoming schedule for the 2024 season.
Â
After a fruitful 2023 season that featured seven freshmen on their roster, the Tigers kick off the 2024 season with a splash, returning to the Big Wave Invite in Oahu, Hawai'i on September 7. Pacific has traveled and started its season at this event seven times in the past eight seasons, with the exception of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2017, Pacific took home the championship in the event.
Â
Pacific's lone home regular season race is the third week of September, as the Tigers host the Pacific Invite on September 20 in nearby Lodi.
Â
In the month of October, the Tigers head out on the road, traveling first to Santa Clarita for the Master's University Cross Country Invite. They wrap up their regular season at the Bronco Invite in Sunnyvale on October 19.
Â
This season's West Coast Conference Championship will be hosted by Pacific as the Tigers welcome their conference counterparts to Lodi on November 2. Two weeks later the Tigers travel for the NCAA West Regional in Colfax, Washington.
