Tigers Debut at Home Against San Francisco

STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific women's tennis team makes its first appearance at home taking on conference opponent San Francisco at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center on Sunday, March 3 at 11 a.m.

The Tigers, through six contests, have played in five road matches. Their lone other competition was a neutral site match at the start of the season. Pacific plays San Francisco in its second WCC match this season after visiting LMU earlier this week.

The Tigers are seeking their first win over the Dons since a 4-3 win in 2018. They last beat them at home in that same contest.

Freshman Milena Maiorova and junior Liza Mladentseva have opened the year 4-0 as a doubles pair, having gone unbeaten in all five contests this year. They are currently enjoying a three match win streak playing from the three.

Maiorova, in singles, boasts a 3-2 record while fellow freshman Indiya McLeod captured her second singles win after clinching the match for Pacific against UC San Diego. Junior Megan Carmichael has notched a 3-1 singles record to start the season, while senior Klara Kosan has moved to a 3-2 record, including her most recent win over LMU.
