STOCKTON, Calif.- The Pacific women's tennis team (7-11, 2-6) fell to #29 San Diego (11-9, 5-1) in the season's final match, 6-1.
Pacific honored senior captain
Danielle Zamora before the match today. Zamora picked up four singles wins this season and two doubles points. Her most impressive win this season was a clinch in an upset against the Portland Pilots.
After dropping a hard-fought doubles point, the Tigers looked to bounce back in singles in front of the senior day crowd.
Sophomore
Tomi Main picked up the lone singles point for Pacific, going all three sets and coming out victorious (4-6, 6-4, 10-6). The Tigers could not pick up another point against the number two team in the WCC.Â
Thank you to all our fans who supported us this season, we look forward to seeing everyone back at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center soon.Â
