SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference officially announced its 2020 Beach Volleyball All-Academic team Thursday morning.
This season, 26 student-athletes turned in a 3.50 GPA while 13 registered 3.75 or above. Both marks break conference records established last season (19/10).
Overall, Pacific tied Pepperdine for the lead with 10 total student-athletes meeting the minimum academic standards for consideration, followed closely by Saint Mary's with 7.

Claire Danna was named to the All-Academic Team after finishing her final semester in Stockton with a 3.80 GPA.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average while also being a significant contributor to her team.
