STOCKTON, Calif. – Following the postponement of the fall season due to COVID-19 restrictions, the West Coast Conference officially announced the spring 2021 schedule for the Pacific volleyball program on Friday morning.
 
With new protocol and guidelines for all personnel, head coach Greg Gibbons is prepared for the road ahead and is eager to get the season underway: "We are extremely excited and fortunate to have the potential opportunity to play volleyball at a competitive level in the near future. While we are thrilled to almost be back on the court, we will continue to make all decisions as a program in accordance with local guidelines as the health of our student-athletes and staff remains paramount."
 
Pacific, who finished 13-17 overall and 5-13 in WCC play in 2019-20, will aim to get back over the .500 mark for the firsttime since 2017 after placing seventh in the final regular season conference standings last season.

UOP will kick-off their 2021 spring schedule with a home + away matchup with Saint Mary's on Tuesday, Jan. 26 and Wednesday, Jan. 27. Following this opening series, the Tigers will host Gonzaga for two games on Feb. 2 + 3.
 
Shortly thereafter, Pacific will hit the road for back-to-back weeks as the team is scheduled to travel to San Francisco on Feb. 9 + 10 followed by a trip to Pepperdine on Feb. 16 + 17.
 
Returning home to the Spanos Center, Pacific is slated to welcome Santa Clara on Feb. 23 + 24 and San Diego on Mar. 5 + 6.
 
In Week 7, the Tigers will make the trip to Provo to face off against BYU on Mar. 12 + 13, with their final road trip of the season scheduled for Week 8 at Portland on Mar. 19 + 20. 
 
Closing out the regular season, Pacific will host Loyola Marymount in Stockton on Mar. 26 + 27 in their final matches of the spring schedule.
 
Fans can expect an announcement regarding the full slate of WCC broadcasts in the coming weeks. Game times are to be determined.
