VS. SAN FRANCISCO
- The Tigers escaped with a 3-2 win in San Francisco earlier this season to improve its all-time record to 30-2. Pacific has won 12 straight meetings with the Dons.
VS. SANTA CLARA
- Pacific leads the all-time series, 28-10 with the Tigers claiming wins in five of the last six meetings with the Broncos.
WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THE TIGERS
- Pacific is coming off losses at home against Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount last weekend. The Tigers are currently 0-4 at home this season, after also falling to WCC standings leaders San Diego and BYU.
- Riley Patterson leads the WCC and the Tigers with 288 kills, 3.51 kills per set and 325.5 total points.
- Kennedy Kaminsky hits a team-high .280 and is averaging 0.93 blocks per set.
- Jadyn Tubbs ranks second in the WCC with 4.20 digs per set.
SCOUTING THE DONS
- San Francisco snagged its first WCC victory last weekend, when it defeated Gonzaga in five sets. The Dons are 5-14 on the season, 1-7 in Conference play.
- Kathya Garcia leads the Dons offensively with 3.58 points and 3.11 kills per set. She also leads her squad with 25 service aces.
SCOUTING THE BRONCOS
- Santa Clara is under new management this season, naming Erin Lindsey as their head coach following the 2018 season. Lindsey comes to the Broncos squad after winning a national championship as an assistant for Stanford.
- The Broncos enter weekend play with a 7-11 record, which included a 4-4 mark in West Coast Conference play. They are coming off of a weekend sweep against Gonzaga and Portland.
- SCU leads the Conference in total blocks, with just over 203 on the season and blocks per set (2.54).
