Irvine, Calif. – Continuing Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) action in southern California, Pacific's men's water polo team was defeated by UC Irvine 12-9. With the loss the Tigers fell to Tigers fell to 12-8 (1-3 MPSF) on the season.

Pacific was led by freshman Balazs Erdelyi (Eger, Hungary) and senior Joey Gullikson (Sonoma, Calif.) who scored two goals apiece. Freshman Alex Malkis (Yoqneam, Israel) had 18 saves in the cage for the Tigers.

The Tigers host Santa Clara on Friday, Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. at Chris Kjeldsen Pool.
