No. 7 Pacific Falls to No. 1 California, 11-8

Berkeley, Calif. - The No. 7 ranked Pacific's men's water polo team fell to No. 1 California at Spieker Aquatics Complex, 11-8. With the loss the Tigers fell to 10-6 (1-1 MPSF) while the Golden Bears improved to 13-2.

Offensively the Tigers were led by sophomore Goran Tomasevic (Split, Croatia) who completed the hat trick for the Tigers. Juniors Lance Morrison (Fairfield, Calif.) and Tom Koning (Poway, Calif.) notched a pair of goals and freshman Balazs Erdelyi (Eger, Hungary) found the back of the net once.

Pacific returns to action on Sunday, October 24 at 11:30 am against No. 20 Bucknell in Santa Clara, Calif.
