2013 (RS Freshman):
After redshirting her first year at Pacific, Pombo saw time in five matches for the Tigers. She notched one steal against Cal State Monterey Bay (Mar. 9) and recorded a drawn ejection against Azusa Pacific (Jan. 26). 

2012 (Freshman):
Pombo redshirted her first season at Pacific. 

High School:
Pombo attended Tracy High School in Tracy, Calif., where she earned two letters in water polo and three letters in swimming. She had a stellar senior season for the Bulldogs, tallying 56 goals, 20 assists, and 20 steals on the way to earning All-San Joaquin Athletic Association and team MVP honors. As a junior, Pombo recorded 32 goals, 13 steals, and six assists. She was recognized with all-league honors and her team's Most Improved award. As a swimmer, Pombo was an all-league pick as a senior and her team's MVP as a sophomore. Academically, she was a four-year member of her school's Honor Roll and the California Scholarship Federation. She was also president of the Future Farmers of America club.

Personal:
Pombo was born in Fairfax, Va., and is the daughter of Richard and Annette Pombo. She has an older brother, Richie, and a younger sister, Rachel. Richie played collegiate baseball for both Napa Valley Junior College and Menlo College. Pombo lists her hobbies as reading, having movie nights with friends, horseback riding, and swimming. She will pursue a degree in biological science and desires to go to medical school and become a medical examiner.
