2016 (Freshman):
Had a breakout rookie campaign that was capped off with All-WCC Honorable Mention recognition and a spot on the All-Freshman Team. She tallied 2.40 kills per set while hitting .337 and registered 109 blocks for a 0.97 per-set average. Her .337 hitting percentage ranked fifth in the WCC, while her blocks per set ranked 10th. Ashlyn logged a season-best 17 kills and a hitting percentage of .640 in Pacific's 3-2 win vs. Oregon State on September 10. She had another standout performance on October 8 at #13 BYU where she had 16 kills in 20 total attacks for a season-best hitting percentage of .800.

High School:

A graduate of Valley Christian High School, Fleming and the Warriors finished the 2015 season 31-8 overall and 5-2 in league play as a senior en route to winning the Division III CIF State Championship. She  posted 2.1 kills per set while tallying just under one block per set played in her final season. The year prior, Fleming's numbers were nearly identical as the Warriors went 26-13 and advanced to the semifinals of the CIF State Championships before falling to the eventual state champion, Sacred Heart Cathedral. The near miss in 2014 was a chance for the Warriors to win back-to-back titles as Valley Christian took the 2013 CIF Division III State Title in Flemings sophomore season after going 35-8 overall. In addition, Fleming and the Warriors took the West Catholic League title as well as the section title in 2013.
