Pacific Hits The Road For A Pair Of Feature Matches
This Week In Tiger Volleyball
With two matches under their belt in their new home of the West Coast Conference, the Tigers (9-4, 2-0 WCC) will hit the road for their toughest tests to date as Pacific heads to No. 8 San Diego (8-2, 0-1 WCC) and BYU (7-4, 1-0 WCC) this week. The Tigers will face off against arguably the two top teams in the conference as San Diego enters the week as the highest rated team in the WCC while BYU is the defending champ and is coming off of a three-set sweep of the Toreros just last week. The two matches will be the Tigers' first two road matches of WCC play after taking down Gonzaga and Portland last week at the Spanos Center.
For Pacific, the matches will be a showcase weekend as the Tigers play the featured match on Thursday night against the Toreros as the WCC Volleyball Game of the Week on TheW.tv. TheW.tv is the conference's digital network and will feature the top matches from each week live online. In addition to the feature match on Thursday, the Tigers will play on national television on Saturday night on BYUtv as they take on the Cougars. The match is scheduled for 7:00 pm (PST) due to football obligations of the network earlier in the day. BYUtv can be found on your television provider or online as well.
