Moraga, Calif. - The Pacific women's tennis team completed a rain-shortened second day at the Saint Mary's Invitational on Saturday, October 25. With the delay, the Tigers' matches were moved back to the afternoon and doubles action that was suspended will be continued on Sunday morning.

"The Tigers had a slow start aside from Francis Dean who picked up a big win over UC Santa Barbara senior Stacy Yam to avenge a loss last year," said Head Coach Charlotte Scatliffe. "Christiana Ferrari and Cristina Saenz De Buruaga Ruiz were both up a set and ready to finish their matches but we had to stop due to rain. We are looking forward to getting off to great starts tomorrow as well as fit in as much tennis as we can."
