2012-13 (Sophomore):
In her second season at Pacific, Johanson earned a pair of top-24 finishes at the 2013 MPSF Championships, taking 16th in the 1650 Free (17:52.13) and 21st in the 200 Free (1:53.68). At the Pacific Invite, she came in 10th in the 1650 Free (18:09.36) and 18th in the 200 Free (1:57.89). The UNLV Winter Invite saw Johanson place eighth in the 200 Free (1:55.56), 10th in the 1650 Free (18:19.24) and 18th in the 500 Free (5:08.44). Academically, Johanson earned MPSF All-Academic honors.

2011-12 (Freshman):
Johanson brought depth to the Tigers’ distance freestyle events in her first year at Pacific. She took third in the 1000 Free versus Nevada before finishing fourth against league foe CSU Bakersfield. She added a sixth-place finish in the same event against Seattle and CSUB. Johanson set her season-best time in the mile at the 2012 MPSF Championships, clocking in at 17:56.91, good for fourth on the team.

High School:
Johanson prepped at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she earned four letters in swimming for the Eagles. She was a two-time individual state champion and four-time relay state champion. Johanson received Academic All-America honors from USA Swimming, and was member of the National Honor Society. She also ran track.

Johanson was born in Redondo Beach, Calif., and is the daughter of Dave and Traci Johanson. She was two younger sisters, Britni and Carli. In her free time, Johanson enjoys waterkskiing. She is majoring in economics with the goal of becoming a financial planner.
