With the inagural sand volleyball season set to begin, the Tigers have begun the process of building a home for the new sport. Pacific has finalized the plans for a new sand volleyball facility on campus as the Tigers will play in a facility built next to Klein Family Field, the home of Pacific Baseball. Pacific plans to break ground on the new facility on Monday, Mar. 4 and have the facility built in time for the Tigers' home tournament on April 14.
On April 14, Pacific will host Santa Clara, Saint Mary's, and California in its first-ever tournament. The Tigers will take on the Broncos and the Golden Bears in seperate matches while the duo will also square off against Saint Mary's throughout the day. Throughout their first season, the Tigers will play nine matches throughout just over a month's time from March 10 - April 18.
