2013 (Freshman):
Finding time in a crowded outfield in her first season as a Tiger, Anderson showed flashes of brilliance in both the field and at the plate. Playing in 40 contests while earning 18 starts, Anderson finished the season hitting .300 as she posted 18 hits in 60 at bats while tallying three doubles and one triple. In addition to seeing time in right field, Anderson was the first runner off the bench for the Tigers as she scored 18 runs, fifth best on the team. Additionally, she was perfect on the base paths stealing three bases in three attempts.

High School:
A speedster from Woodinville High School, Anderson played three seasons for the Falcons before graduating in 2012. Throughout her time at Woodinville HS, Anderson proved to be one of the top talents in the state of Washington as she earned numerous awards including all-state honors to go along with a pair of first team all-league selections. As a senior, Sara and the Falcons took home a state title after winning their third consecutive King County League title. As a junior, Anderson posted an impressive .596 batting average at the top of the lineup for the Falcons, giving her an opportunity to steal 22 bases while scoring 19 runs. The year prior, Anderson was as impressive as the then-sophomore posted a .521 average and a .603 on-base percentage while scoring 27 runs and stealing 15 bases while earning all-area honors. Academically, Anderson is at the top of her class as she has excelled in both the classroom and on the field.

Personal:
Sara Anderson was born in Edmonds, Wash. and is the daughter of Janie and Jon Anderson. She has one older brother, Miles. In her second year at Pacific, Sara is majoring in social science with a minor in sustainability.
