A graduate of Sunrise Mountain HS in Peoria, Ariz., Bonnet proved to be one of the top talents in the state after earning all-state honors in her final year in high school.  The ace in the circle for the Mustangs, Bonnet finished her senior season with an 18-1 record in the circle while posting a miniscule 0.69 ERA.  She threw a no-hitter against Dysart on April 6, allowing just one base-runner in a 10-0 win over the defending state champions.  In addition to her stellar showing in the circle, Bonnet was as impressive at the plate as she posted a .409 average with five home runs and 38 RBI.  Her play led the Mustangs to the quarterfinals of the 4A state championship tournament and a finish of 26-3 overall and 11-1 in league play for the 2011 season.  She would earn First Team All-4A West Valley League honors in addition to her all-state honors while also earnig region player of the year status.  As a junior Bonnet and the Mustangs moved up to 4A Division I where they went 12-0 in league play to win the 4A West Valley championship in their first season. Leading the way, Bonnet was impressive at the plate and in the circle as she hit .406 while posting a team-best 0.53 ERA in 79 innings pitched. For the year, Bonnet went 12-2 while striking out 103 batters while walking just 14.

Born in Phoenix, Ariz., Danielle Bonnet is the daughter of Debbie and Dan Bonnet.  She has one brother, Ryan.  In her first year at Pacific Dani is majoring in sports medicine.
