Dec. 9, 2010
Stockton, Calif. - Two years after finishing her career on the field hockey field for Pacific, former Tiger Melissa McGhee continued to impress, this time with her work in the classroom as she was named the Eberhardt School of Business Outstanding MBA Student. McGhee, who graduated with a business administration degree in the spring of 2009, earned the distinction along side of fellow MBA student, Jonathan Fong.
The Outstanding MBA Student award is voted upon and selected entirely by the professors of Pacific's Eberhardt School of Business and goes to a student who has proven to be one of the top MBA students at the school of business. In addition, McGhee has been awarded membership into Phi Kappa Phi, the university's honor society and Beta Gamma Sigma, Pacific's business honor society. Presenting her summer internship work to the faculty and the students of the MBA program, McGhee was also awarded the most outstanding presenter for her class by Dean Lewis R. Gale.
