Ali Campos
Feb 18, 2016

2016 (Senior):
Campos' eight-goal, nine-assist senior season put her in the upper echelon of Pacific's record books.  She ends her career in third place in career points with 68 and in second place in goals with 27.  Campos also managed to put together 14 assists in her career, fifth all-time.  This year, Campos had her first-ever three-assist game when she recorded a goal and three assists against Saint Louis.  She had a two-goal game against Vermont as well.  Her nine assists this year were the fifth-most in a single season in Tigers history.  Campos also had multiple assists against UC Davis on Senior Day and against New Hampshire in the America East tournament.  She was named All-Tournament for her performance in the postseason.

2015 (Junior):
Campos continued to be one of Pacific's top scoring threats during her junior season, with her five goals second on the team.  Campos also recorded three assists for the Tigers.  The Guadalajara native scored two goals against Saint Louis, her top scoring output of the year.  Campos also scored against VCU, Michigan State, and UC Davis, helping Pacific get the win in all of those games.  She was 3-for-3 on penalty shots as well.  Four of Campos' goals ended up the game winner.  In the seven games Campos recorded a point, Pacific went 6-1, with the only loss coming against No. 4 Syracuse.

2014 (Sophomore):
In her first season at Pacific, Ali re-established the Campos legacy with the Tigers, leading Pacific with 14 goals and 30 points in just 18 games (she missed a pair of contests after being called up to the Mexican national team for FIH World League competition). Campos became just the second player in Pacific history to score four or more goals in a game, joining her sister, with a four-goal blitz against Appalachian State (Sept. 5). She also added a hat-trick against the Mountaineers on Oct. 25, while chipping in an assist for a seven-point game. Campos tallied a pair of two-goal games in a 4-2 win at Dartmouth (Sept. 9) and against Central Michigan (Sept. 18). She wasted no time getting into the scoring column with a goal in the season opener against Liberty (Aug. 29) and also picked up goals against Cal (Oct. 5) and UC Davis (Oct. 18). Her goal against the Aggies was an overtime game-winner, giving Pacific a 3-2 victory. Campos earned First Team All-NorPac honors as she finished second in the conference in goals, and led the NorPac in goals per game.

2013 (Iowa):
Campos saw action in eight games as a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes squad in 2013.

High School:
As a senior at Scripps Ranch High School in San Diego, Campos was named first team all-county and first team all-league after leading her team to the CIF section title with an undefeated 27-0 record. As a junior, Campos helped lead her team to the CIF section finals and was named second team All-CIF San Diego County. She led Scripps in scoring as a freshman while picking up 31 goals. Campos was also a four-year varsity member of her high school basketball team.  Campos is a member of the Mexican women's senior national team.

Personal:
Ali is the daughter of Graciela and Alejandro Campos. She has two siblings, Alex and Vianney. Vianney was an All-Amerian field hockey player at Pacific from 2003-07.  Campos is majoring in international relations and wants to work to end human trafficking.
