Corder excelled in the cage for the Tigers in her first ever collegiate season. She earned a pair of starts while playing in nine games, totaling over 435 minutes. She had the Tigers best win-loss record for the Tigers, finishing with a 3-1 record. Her first ever victory came in the season opener against Saint Louis when she tallied three saves. Corder's best performance came in the near upset of No. 23 Maine on September 14, she stopped 17 shots and earned NorPac West Division Rookie of the Week honors.
Corder started four years and earned as many letters in the cage at Grandview High School in Aurora, Colorado. In 2008 and 2011 the keeper was selected to her all-conference team and was a member of the Denver Futures Division for three seasons. Throughout her four seasons in high school, Corder went on to play in the regional tournament twice and was on a team that went on play in the national finals. She also played soccer and lacrosse for the Grandview Wolves. Academically, Corder ranks in the top 10 percent of her senior class, while being honored all four years to the Academic All-State Field Hockey team. She also has received on three separate occasions academic letters for maintaining a G.P.A above 3.75.
Maggie is the daughter of Mike and Mary, and has two older siblings Katie and Joey. She plans to study Civil Engineering at Pacific. When off the hockey field, Maggie can be found skiing, painting, singing, and hiking.
