Field Hockey Volunteers At Local Elementary School

Stockton, Calif. – Pacific field hockey returned to action on February 2, but this time it was in the Stockton community at the Mable Barron Elementary School. A group of field hockey student-athletes assisted in Bingo Night where the elementary schoolers participated to win various donated books. The literacy event was tropically themed with leis, beach pails filled with popcorn by Pacific field hockey players and tropical punch. 

Head coach Linda MacDonald was thrilled to be involved with the literacy event saying, "This is important to our team, the community and most importantly the students of Mable Barron. This was just a great overall time!"

Able to participate with the students of Mable Barron Elementary was Paige Counsman, Doreen Stern, Tarah Trotter, Molly Macierz, Melissa Maultsby, Lauren Peterson and Maddi Holzworth.
