Tiger Swimmers Honored On Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Teams
Woodland, Calif. - The 2010-11 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic Swim Teams were announced on June 1 with the Pacific swim teams placing 13 swimmers on the teams.
"I am very proud of these student-athletes as they represent our mission as an academic driven swimming program," said head coach Adam Kennedy. "We stress from day one that academic and athletic success is a linear relationship. As a team we are very proud of these teammates who showcase so well our core values."
To be eligible for the All-Academic team, student-athletes have to maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average, have attained a sophomore standing academically and competed in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The following are the Pacific Tiger student-athletes that earned honors:
