Moving to the center position in his second year at Pacific, Obert showed he has the ability to be one of the nation's top two-meter players. His status was cemented as he earned Second Team All-America honors from the ACWC after racking up 51 goals on the season and averaging 2.32 scores per game, good for ninth in the MPSF. Obert recorded 15 multi-goal games despite missing three matches due to injury. He set a career high with five scores in the Tigers' overtime upset win over then-No. 4 California at the SoCal Tournament before tying that mark against UC Davis on Oct. 5. He led Pacific in scoring with 10 goals at the MPSF Tournament and was tabbed a Second Team All-MPSF pick.
In his first season at Pacific, Obert flashed tremendous potential in his role as a two-meter defender.
