2013-14 (Redshirt Sophomore):
McClure made the jump into the Tigers' lineup midyear and played in nine of the Tigers' 12 tournaments. His best finish of the year came at the Stars and Stripes Invitational at West Point where he ended in 33rd place. 

2012-13 (Redshirt Freshman):
In his second year at Pacific, Matt did not see any action for the Tigers. However, over the summer, McClure made his mark on the amateur ranks as he took home the 2013 Davis City Championship. Playing two rounds at the Davis Golf Course over the weekend, McClure nailed down an impressive three shot win as he went seven-under for the tournament.

2011-12 (Freshman):
In his first year at Pacific, Matt used a redshirt season.

High School:
A 2011 graduate of Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Ariz., McClure was a three-time letter winner on the golf course for the Lancers.  One of the top golfers in the state, McClure led his Lancers to an impressive 75-6 overall mark in head-to-head play throughout his three seasons of varsity action.  Individually, McClure was a three-time first team all-region honoree for his play while also earning first team all-state as a sophomore in 2009.  That same year, McClure and the Lancers finished just off the title pace in the state championship tournament, taking home a third place finish. Academically, McClure excelled as he was named to the school's dean's list three-consecutive years from 2009-11.

Matthew McClure is the son of Sarah and Robert McClure. He is a business administration major in his fourth year at Pacific.
