2012-13 (Sophomore):
Bender came on strong for the Tigers late in his second season as he qualified for the final two tournaments of the season including the Big West Championships where he helped lead Pacific to the conference title. Additionally, through his play at the conference championships, Drew earned a spot on the Tigers' NCAA Regional team where he went +8 over the three day event.

2011-12 (Freshman):
In his first year at Pacific, Drew played in seven tournaments for the Tigers including earning a spot on Pacific's roster for the 2012 Big West Championship tournament. Coming on strong late in the year, Drew put together his two best performances to end the season as he finished tied for 32nd at the Winchester Intercollegiate while picking up a 31st place finish at the Big West Championships. His best scoring tournament came at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational to start the year when he posted a 218, +5.

High School:
A 2011 graduate of Monte Vista HS, Bender was a four-time letter winner on the course for the Mustangs.  Building throughout his four seasons as a Mustang, Bender hit the culmination of his high school career as a senior when he led Monte Vista to the NorCal tournament for the first time in his career.  For his play, Bender earned an individual qualification into the CIF / CGA Boys State High School Championships.

Andrew Bender is the son of Nancy and Timothy Bender.  He has three younger siblings, Anna, Davis and Katie.  Drew is a business major in his third year at Pacific.
