Kikkor Husky Invitational On Tap For Pacific Golf
Bremerton, Wash. - With their first tournament behind them, the Pacific golf team heads to the Great Northwest to take part in the Kikkor Husky Invitational hosted by the University of Washington. The event will take place on Monday, September 26 - Tuesday, September 27.
The two-day, 54 hole tournament will be played at Gold Mountain Golf Course in Bremerton, Wash. and will feature some of the top teams on the west coast and beyond. Joining the host Huskies will be Brigham Young, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Long Beach State, Oregon, Oregon State, Pacific, Pepperdine, San Diego State, Santa Clara, SMU, Texas A&M, UC Davis, USC and Washington State.
Teams will take on the The Olympic Course at the Gold Mountain Golf Course which is a par 72, 7,124 yard track and has played host to previous events such as the 64th U.S. Junior Amateur Championship in 2011, the NCAA Men's West Regional Golf Championship (2010, 2008), the Ping / Golf Week Invitational (2009) and the 81st U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship (2006).
