Mike Millerick, who has served as director of athletic media relations for the past 15 years, was promoted to assistant director of athletics for communications in November of 2007. Millerick is in his 22nd year at Pacific, He oversees all aspects of Pacific Athletics' information, including broadcasting, pacifictigers.com, video streaming and technology.

Millerick oversees the dissemination of information for all 16 NCAA Division I sports at Pacific to all media outlets. In addition, he serves as the radio voice of Pacific athletics and handles all duties related to Pacific broadcasts. He is also involved in the marketing of Pacific Athletics.

A 1990 graduate of Pacific with a degree in communication, he began his career as a student assistant after transferring from Delta Junior College in 1988. Upon graduation, Millerick was hired as the assistant director of athletic media relations.

He has served as the media coordinator for the 1998 and 2002 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament site in Sacramento and as the radio and television play-by-play voice for the Pacific women's volleyball and basketball teams. He has also worked in a part-time capacity with the Stockton Ports, the former Class-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
