Georgia Kovich-Lee is in her sixth year as Pacific's Assistant Director of Athletics for Marketing and Promotions.

Kovich-Lee came to Pacific from Oregon State, where she served as assistant marketing director from 2000-02. She previously served as the director of marketing at University of Texas-Pan American from 1997-2000, where she was responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and in-game promotions for the UTPA athletic department. She also has prior experience as director of media services at UTPA and as sports information director at Roanoke College in Salem, Va.

A 1994 graduate of Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario, with a bachelor's degree in recreation and leisure studies, Kovich-Lee was a five-year letterwinner and two-year captain for the Brock University women's basketball team. As a student-athlete, she was a recipient of the Canadian Intercollegiate Athletic Union All-Canadian Academic Award. She earned her master's degree in recreation and sport management from Penn State in 1995.

Georgia is married to Roderick Lee. The couple have two daughters, Sophia (4) and Jordan (2).
