Assisting Kevin this season is his fiancee, Kellie Simler, who spent four seasons with the Tigers and is also a member of the No Limit all star team.
Joining the Tigers this season is Jenise Mills-Fitzpatrick, who comes to Pacific after serving as head coach for both the cheer and dance programs at San Jose State University for the past five seasons. Mills-Fitzpatrick also spent seven seasons as a professional cheerleader with both the San Francisco 49ers and the San Jose SaberCats of the Arena Football League.
Mills-Fitzpatrick has also worked extensively with E2K Entertainment group and has helped choreograph a number of NFL halftime productions. Mills-Fitzpatrick has served as the dance coordinator on NFL tours around the world and has worked with the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, St. Louis Rams, Oakland Raiders, Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans and the San Diego Chargers. She was also the assistant producer for the AFC and NFC championship game halftime shows. She has been a judge at both the collegiate and high school level for the United Spirit Association for five years.
"We are very excited about the addition of both Kevin and Jenise to our coaching staff - they will each play a key role in elevating our Spirit Squad to a new level of success," said Director of Athletic Marketing Georgia Kovich-Lee. "The students from Pacific who are involved with our program will have an excellent opportunity to further develop their skills under their leadership."
The Pacific cheer squad will begin their fall training at the UCA cheer camp and the Tigers Dancers at the USA dance camp this August.
